Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Once a product has shipped, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must submit photo proof of the damaged materials by email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange for a damaged or defective item, please:

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photo proof of the damaged item(s).

  3. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before returning any item.

Shipping for Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, you may be asked to return the damaged item to: [email protected] . You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No Refunds After Shipping

We do not issue refunds once an order has shipped. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting your purchase.
